PLEASE READ Before plACING YOUR ORDERS
How our co-op works
We have a minimum purchase order amount that we have to meet through our vendors in order to place our bulk order. We can submit our orders as frequently as every Monday morning. Orders arrive the following Thursday. When we as a co-op (clients and our facility) meet that minimum amount we then submit the order to our vendors. We then reach out to you and let you know what day to come pick up your order for our facility in Orem. ALL ORDERS ARE FOR LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. The only exception is if your order is for use while your pet is in our facility (for example: your pet is boarding with us and ran out of their food, or is staying with us for extended periods of time, or for our regularly scheduled Stay and Play clients).
It should be noted that sometimes our vendors show us some items are in stock when we place the order but then they inform us that the item is in fact back ordered. Should any items in your order be out of stock or back ordered we will reach out to you to see if you'd like to wait for it to be in stock or for it to be refunded.
If there is a product or brand you are interested in but don't see available, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
