PLEASE READ Before plACING YOUR ORDERS
How our co-op works
We place bulk orders through our vendors when we meet a minimum purchase amount, which includes both client and facility orders.
Once we meet the vendor’s minimum, we’ll place the order and notify you when your items are ready for local pick-up at our facility in Orem.
All orders are for local pick-up only.
The only exception is if your order is intended for use while your pet is staying with us—such as during boarding, extended stays, or regular Stay & Play visits.

It should be noted that sometimes our vendors show us some items are in stock when we place the order but then they inform us that the item is in fact back ordered. Should any items in your order be out of stock or backordered we will reach out to you to see if you'd like to wait for it to be in stock or for it to be refunded.
If there is a product or brand you are interested in but don't see available, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
